PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION DUES

Annual dues for 2025 are currently $250 per year, per lot owned. Balance is due on June 1st. Late fees will be applied if paid after June 15th.

All dues go directly toward the care and maintenance of the private roads within Hideaway Valley as well as the common area. Dues also go toward legal council, bookkeeping, insurance, and other administrative expenses.

There are two ways to pay your dues:

1.  You will receive an invoice via mail or email. If you have not received your invoice, please contact us at: ‭(435) 260-8868‬ or email at bookkeeping@hideawayvalley.com 

If you receive the invoice via email, it has an option for paying your balance online.

2.  Mail a check made out to the Association:
